183 Days To Go!
Meeting Trace through Facebook the year of 2011, I remember waking up extra early to talk to him before two a day practices his freshman year, that feels like a lifetime ago. Although that didn't lead to dating until summer of 2013 lasting through the summer of 2014. Going to homecoming and prom together, being the only couple interviewed on the now extinct radio show, getting to dress up as cinderella for his sister's 3rd birthday party. We had so many memories, as kids. As I graduated and our lives went in different directions we parted ways for some time. Keeping in touch throughout the years, reconnecting in early 2022 but it still just wasn't the right time. In 2024 Trace moved back to town to coach our at our alma Mater. One evening, he was "In need of a haircut" So seeing him for the first time in two years, I gave him a haircut. Trace was pretty persistent in dating, so he came to the house to sell me on this idea, and we decided it was going to work and he never left, moved in that day. Sounds crazy I know, but when you know you know. Spending most of our time wrapped up in football, house projects, and family time, this is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I prayed for this man for years, and if you would have told me in 2014 I'd be marrying Trace 12 years later, I would just be in such awe. Forever grateful for my future husband, and I am so excited to share our special day with our friends and family!
